Real Estate Appraisal analyzes a property's value at a specific date using three main approaches: Direct Comparison (market value), Income (cash flow and capitalization rates), and Cost (replacement value). New Construction
We provide appraisals and consulting services for new construction from start to finish. Our appraisers analyze plans and deliver accurate "as if complete" valuations. We also offer progress reports for financing, explain the construction process, and perform Highest and Best Use analyses to ensure optimal project outcomes.
Relocation Appraisals
We specialize in Government and Employee relocation appraisals, providing accurate list/selling prices and insightful analysis. Our appraisers are trained in all relocation form types, including Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC) appraisals, and offer forecasting information to support the process.
Pre-List and Pre-Sale Valuations

Power of Sale / Foreclosure
In the unfortunate event where a mortgagee does not satisfy the payment terms of the mortgagor a sale of the subject property will most likely occur.
